ABSTRACT
Post-operative intestinal imagination remains a rare affection. it repersent 5-10% of post- operative occlusions. It may complicate any sungical intervention. It is localed most often at the level of small intestine. Its diagnosis is essentially clinical. Treatement is always surgical. Concerning the three cases collected at the service of pediatric surgical emergencie of RABAT, ever a four - year period, we propose to make analysis of there affection comparing our cases with literature date
