Results of recent internal fixation of displaced lateral humeral condyle in children, a retrospective study

ABSTRACT
This work was done on 40 cases of fracture lateral humeral condyle reviewed. 30 cases fixed by K-wires and 10 cases treated by open reduction and fixed by catgut sutures. The late results were evaluated in both groups. It was proved that internal fixation by K-wire is more secure and stable, with better late results:
