Solcoseryl a drug which can improve fetal growth

ABSTRACT

One hundred and sixty patients with hypertension complicating pregnancy [80 mild and severe treated with standard method, 80 mild and severe treated with standard method and solcoseryl intravenous infusion]. A significant improvement in both fetal birth and placental weight was found in patients receiving solcoseryl. There was a significant improvement in fetal apgar score at one minute when mothers given solcoseryl.
