ABSTRACT
We report a case of a woman with caroli's disease associated with anomalous junction of pancreatico-biliary duct. The deiagnosis was suspected on ultra sonography and confirmed with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. We reviewed the definition, the frequency and complications of this association
