Interet de la recherche des anticorps specifiques IgA et IgM dans les infections a chlamydia trachomatis de l'adulte

ABSTRACT

In this study we have compared the prevalence of Chlamydia trachomatis specific seru IgM and IgA antibodies in 42 persons with Chlamydia positive total antibodies. IgM antibodies were found in 21% of persons. IgA were found in 50% of the cases. The interest of lgA detection is discussed, particularly towards deep infections where they could be an argument of an active infection
