ABSTRACT
A case of bilateral spontaneous rupture of the extensor apparatus of the knee in patient with chronic renal failure treated by hemodialysis is reported. Pathogenesis of spontaneous tendon ruptures in uremic patients remains unknown. Diagnosis is essentially clinical and radiological. Precocious surgical treatment led to complete rehabilitation
