ABSTRACT
Prospective randomized study compares treatment of dorsal wrist ganglia by aspiration only and aspiration plus injection of steroid. 82 consecutive patients with wrist ganglia were randomized into two groups. The first group, ganglia were aspirated and multi-punctured, the second group, ganglia were aspirated, multiply punctured and then injected with kenacort 40 mg/ml.
