ABSTRACT
The effect of two plant growth regulator substances [GA3 and IAA] on spore germination, dry weight and nucleic acid content has been investigated on the growth of pathogenic fungus Rhizopus stolonifer/At low concentrations of both susbtances [GA3 and IAA] no stimulatory effect was observed on vegetative growth and nucleic acids content, while a gradual inhibition was observed at high concentration. The only stimulatory effect with both substances [GA3 and IAA] was detected on sporangiospore germination of Rhizopus stolonifer at the range of concentration between 10 and 100 ppm. Higher concentration showed a delay of germination
