ABSTRACT
Fructose and protein level, as well as the enzymatic activity levels of 5-nucleotdase, acid phosphatase alkaline phosphatase, GOT, GPT, gamma glutamyl transferase [g-GT] and leucine aminopeptidase [LAP], were detemined in the whole semen, seminal plasma and sperms of human beings. The values obtained were compared with spermatic count, which ranged from 0.1 x 106 to more than 50 x 106 per ml. Acid phospatase and LAP activities were found to be directly correlated with the spermatic count and motility. Nevertheles, the other parameters studied did not show a direct correlation with sperm density and motility
