ABSTRACT
Three siblings of a Saudi Arabian family presented in childhood with spastic paraplegia and painless feet ulcers. These cases represent a rare form of hereditary spastic paraplegia and peripheral sensory neuropathy, with an autosomal recessive inheritance. The various clinical, genetic and neurophysiologic features of these patients are described, and literature on this entity is extensively reviewed
