Evaluation de la determination en routine du phenotype d'acetylation de l'isoniazide par methodes microbiologique

ABSTRACT

Using a microbiological method the authors have studied there is a prevalence of rapid acetylors, and this result agree with those of the 2 previous studies realised in Morocco. These results also show that the standard dosage of isoniazid used in Morocco has to be reduced, because no more than 5% of the 200 patients need a dosage higher than 9 mg /kg/day
