ABSTRACT
From two cases report and review of the literature, the authors were interested in studying the clinical features and developing aspects in the neurofibromatosis pregnancy. This association is a rare event. Hypertension is frequently reported. Major maternel hazards include quadriplegia, hemothorax, or a rapid development of an intraskull tumor. The moderate and sever forms of the disease prohibite pregnancy. Tubal sterilisation is widely recommanded in these cases. In the other forms of the disease, patients should be under intensive and multidisciplinary care. Oral contraceptive method has to be avoided to patients. The condition is now amenable to prenatal diagnosis
