ABSTRACT
In the present study, spinous process-lamina graft for posterior lumbar interbody fusion was used in 30 patients having first and second degree spondylolisthesis. The incidence of solid bone fusion was 90%, as assessed by CT scanning and densitometry at six months postoperatively. The advantage of using spinous process-lamina graft is that it shortened the operative time, spared a second painful wound. The use of spinous process-lamina graft in posterior lumbar interbody fusion was recommended
