Some new naphtalenesulfonyl hydrazones and their antimicrobial activity

ABSTRACT

In search for new antimicrobial agents fourteen naphthalenesulfonyl hydrazone derivatives were prepared. These compounds were tested for their antimicrobial activity against two strains of Gram-positive bacteria, five strains of Gram-negative bacteria and one strain of yeast.
