Group G and C seemed to be important causes of acute pharyagitis, depending on their behavior rates being significantly higher among patients than among controls and on the demonstration of immune response in patients sera. Variation is the distribution of group A and non-group A B-hamolytics streptococcal isolation from patients according to age, gender and season where need. Correlation between three culture results and certain clinical manifestation was although observed. In addition resistant strain of different B-hamolytic streptococcal groups to the commonly used ant microbial during for the treatment of account pharyngilis were present
