ABSTRACT
Choristoma is a congenital local or circumscribed overgrowth of microscopically normal tissue in an inappropriate site. Choristoma in the eye is rare. In our patient, ocular choristoma manifested clinically as nasal pterygium. This case is of clinical interest since the diagnosis was made only by histopathological studies
