Occlusion intestinale aigue et grossesse a propos de 3 cas

ABSTRACT

The association accute of the intestinal occlusion and pregnancy is rare. 3 cases were reported in this study. The diagnosis was reported for 2 patients during the pregnancy respectiuely in the third and the first trionester of the pregnancy for the third patient the diagnosis was not evoered for the clinical signs discretion. The clinical boasd of the occlusion is complete. The obstetrical nest is difficult because of the abdominal defence the executed urgent laparotony in 2 cases confirme the diagnosis. The maternal pronostic depends on the reanimation and treatment precocity. we deplor a late post partum death. The festal pronostic is bad [2 fetal losses].
