ABSTRACT

The aim of this study was to precise transoesophageal ultrasonegraphy advantages and limits in the thoracic aortic disease and in aortic orifice. We made systematically this exam for 75 patients having aortic ilness to explore mechanical protheses, aortic disease and to louk for aetiology of embolc episode. This study show the transoesophagal echography advantages in aortic dissection and infections endocarditis diagnosis and its limits to assen mechanical prothese study
