ABSTRACT

A case of pregnancy in uterus didelphys was reported. Malformation was known before conception. It was discovered during the exploration of primary sterility. Cesarean section permitted the extraction of a normal infant. The eventualiy of pregnanacy in uterus didelphys is rather rare, it is a high risk pregnancy, in fact spontaneous abortions [25%], prematurity [40%], dystocia of presentation [25%] and low birth weight [20%] are the principal complcations of this pregnancy
