Treatment of congenital vertical talus by one stage operation using cincinnati incision

ABSTRACT
5 patients [3 males and 2 females] with 7 feet having congenital vertical tali were treated between 1992 and 1995. The average age of patients at the time of surgery was 18 months. 4 patients had associated abnormalities. All the patients were treated by one stage operation using the Cincinnati incision. The average period of follow up was 23 months. One patient had excellent result. Good results were achieved in two patients. Fair results were achieved in the remaining two patients
