The communication deals with enumeration of Adhatoda vasica Nees used by tribals and rural people as herbal medicine for most of the chest diseases as cough, bronchitis and asthma. The informations are then confirmed by "Hakims" and the people within the area. Enumeration contain, plant name, family, local names, and chemical composition along with brief note on preparation of dosage and others
