ABSTRACT
The authors describe a rare case of an intra-utrine hydatid cyst in 45 years-woman. Hydatid vesicules were found in the vagina. The diagnostis was mad histologically. The treatment was on total hysterectomy. For the young female patient a conservative attitude can be discussed
