ABSTRACT
Kaposi's sarcoma was described in 1872. [Kaposi]. It affects particulary the skin, the mucous membrances, the intestines and the ganglions. In addition to the sporadic "classical" type, there are three associated types the endemic "african" type the "allograft associated" type and the epidemic type associated with the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome [A.I.D.S.p.]. These four types are different but they have the same histological picture Kaposi's sarcoma may be due to immunological factors or viral or genetic causes. The therapy is different according to Kaposi's sarcoma type we use radiotherapy, chemotherapy, interferon and AZT in AIDS'S form
