Immunoassay are carried out to quantify body fluids, and form an integral part of the clinical diagnosis. However, normal ranges of laboratories differ and the same value may be normal for one laboratory and pathological for another. Thus it becomes extremely important to correlate the clinical picture with the chemical pathology profile
