Urticaria and fever induced by paracetamol

ABSTRACT
A case urticaria associated with fever following intake of paracetamol is reported. The withdrawal of paracetamol resulted in rapid regression of wheals followed by subsidence of fever. The provocation with paracetamol induced reappearance of wheals
