ABSTRACT
An experience in treatment of perineal and genital gangrenes with natural honey at CHU-TOKOIN [Lom-Togo] with success is reported; 14 patients all are male with average age 48.6 years were concerned by this experience; as the high prices of modern pharmaceutical products and because of the increasing frequence of patients with this affection, so the autors find out the antibiotic and cicatrising value of natural honey
