Association hyperthyroidie et cancer thyroidien [a propos de 11 cas]

ABSTRACT

In this retrospective work, of 3902 cases of thyroid surgery carried out on 20 years period, the authors report 11 cases of associated carcinoma and hyperthyroidism. This pathology exist with lownes incidence 0,8% in our study and 2,5% for Dobyns. This associated pathology is aisely expliqueted in Basedow disease and toxic nodule, but non expliqueted in others conditions
