ABSTRACT
The study aims to evaluate the effects of natural estrogen [estriol succinate] as a replacement cyclic therapy on plasma lipids and high density lipoproteins, in postmenopausal women. The results of this study showed that the effect of estriol succinate on plasma lipids conform to the pattern of other natural estrogens used in post-menopausal replacement therapy in that there was a tendency for total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein levels to fall. Serum high density lipoprotein and triglycerides levels, however, rose
