ABSTRACT
This study aimed to evaluate the management of patients with ovarian cancer at a gynecologic oncology unit versus their management in the context of a gynecologic unit at general district hospitals. The study sample included 117 patients with ovarian cancer, their mean age was 60 years ranging between 27 and 85 years. Thirteen patients were presented with concomitant malignancies. Five patients subsequently developed other sites malignancies. Eight patients had their ovarian cancer in the context of a familial ovarian cancer syndrome. The results were presented and discussed
