ABSTRACT
Ear lobe is a common site for the formation of keloids and the most common cause is ear piercing. The treatment of keloids is extremely controversial and a variety of modalities has been used. No single modality has proved efficacious in preventing the recurrence of keloids. The CO2 laser is an excellent choice in cutaneous surgery and for the treatment of ear lobe keloids
