Prenatal diagnosis and fotopathology aspects of lethal urinary tract

ABSTRACT
Forty-three prenatal diagnosis of lethal urinary tract abnormalities were carried out during a five-year-period. The abnormalities were bilateral renal agenesis [56 percent], autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease [16 percent], autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease [14 percent], MECKEL-GRUBER syndrome and Prune-Belly syndrome [4 percent]. The pregnancy was interrupted in thirty-five cases [81.4 percent]
