ABSTRACT
The clinical cases described reflect the necessity for performing surgery in some particular cases that are not solved by conventional endodontic treatment. A combined endo-surgical technique is often needed in the presence of a diffuse periradicular lesion or a cyst. The combined technique as described in this article enables to obtain a dried canal, which is an essential condition for root canal obturation. The results at two months and one year are largely in favor of this technique
