ABSTRACT
Ameloblastoma is a benign neoplasm derived from residual epithelial components of tooth developpment considered by most authors as a benign, rare and locally aggressive tumor with potential of transformation into a malignant tumor. We report in this article the transformation of an ameloblastoma to an ameloblastic carcinoma. An analytic description of the elements of the diagnosis is proposed in addition to the therapeutic procedure which was adopted
