Carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma, also known as the last 18 months. It was diagnosed as pleomorphic carcinoma ex mixed tumors is a malignant carcinoma adenoma in Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology but was that arises from a preexisting benign pleomorphic later confirmed histologically as carcinoma ex adenoma.
