ABSTRACT

Isolated cases reported in the literature underlines the rarity of this curious disease. This disease has polymorphic manifestations which misleads diagnosis. Thanks to the endoscopic examination. Its diagnosis is no longer the domaines of "exploratory laparotomy"; associated lesions [gastritis, polyps, ulcers] are frequent. The lesions disappear after treatment the bezoar alone. Clinical, investigations and psychopathogenic aspects are reported
