Popliteal pseudoaneurysm complicating osteochondromas: report of three cases and review of literature

ABSTRACT

Osteochondromas around the knee joint can occasionally cause popliteal pseudoaneurysms. Three such cases are reported, caused by distal femoral and proximal tibial exostoses. Clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment are discussed while an analysis is given of the reported cases in the literature
