ABSTRACT
The clinical features of three sisters presenting with the complete syndrome of testicular feminiztion [TFS] are described. All of them were seen because of primary amenorrhoea. The gonads were in the inguinal canal in all of them. Two of them had inguinal hernia, a common feature of this syndrome. At laparoscopy the absence of mullarian structures was confirmed. Gonadoctomy was performed in two patients, in the third patient the testes were not removed awaiting pubertal feminization
