Pemphigoid gestations [herpes gestationis] is an autoimmune bullous dermotosis occurring during pregnancy or in the post-partum period. The interaction of this rare pathology with pregnancy is underestimated by obstetricians. Authors report one case of pemphigoid gestations diagnosed in a pregnant woman at term.
