Diarrhea in children due to enterotoxigenic escherichia coli

ABSTRACT
Two hundred and ten cases of diarrhoea were investigated for enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli. Sixty eight [32.4%] yielded ETEC strains of which fifty seven [27.0%] were LT producers and six [2.9%] were ST producers.
