ABSTRACT
Many methods have been reported for the treatment of simple ganglia. Various treatment modalities have been tried including excision under general anesthesia and tourniquet, aspiration of ganglia and injection of hyaluronidase or triamcinolone, incision of capsule or pressure rupture. Their recurrence rate were however generally high. We present our experience in the treatment of simple ganglion at the outpatient clinic of Kasr El Einy Teaching Hospital using aspiration and injection of chromated glycerin as sclerosant which is minimally invasive with low recurrence rate
