We studied 200 patients with coronary Artery disease, 122 male patients [61%], 78 female patients [39%]. The mean age was 55.4 year coronary arteriography and ventriculography were +/- 12 done for all patients. We evaluated LVEDP before and 2-3 mm after the proceeding of ventriculography. A significant correlation between severity of CAD and LVEDP before ventriculoraphy, where as LVEDP greater than 12 mm.Hg was found only in patients with triple vessel disease
