ABSTRACT
Cystic lesions of the adrenal gland are rare. They are usually found as incidentalomas seen when abdominal ultrasound or tomodensitometry are performed. We report six cases and we underline the contribution of imagery in the diagnosis of some of the benign lesions such as epithelial cyst, cystic lymphangioma, hematic pseudocyst and hydatid cyst
