ABSTRACT
Mediastinal hemangioma is a very rare tumor. It may occur at any age but the cavernous form shows a predilection in children and adolescents. Mediastinal hemangioma was diagnosed in a 15-year-old boy from Afghanistan. Cough and neck swelling were his chief complaints.
