ABSTRACT
Myxoma is an odontogenic tumor derived from mesenchymatous components of tooth developement considered by most authors as a benign, rare and locally aggressive tumor. We report in this article the association of an upper maxillary myxoma with fibroblastic cells. An analytic description of the elements of the diagnosis is proposed in addition to the therapeutic procedure, which was adopted
