ABSTRACT
Peripheral repartition of blood lymphocytes have been studied about 20 cases of grave's disease. These patients whose average age is 33 years are seen before any treatment. The total T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes value is normal. High values of immunoglobulins of G and M classes prove polyclonal activation of lymphocyte B. The helpers T lymphocytes [LTH] are increased and the suppressor T lymphocytes [LTS] are decreased. The LTH / LTS ratio is increased. That shows an auto-immune process in Grave's pathogeny
