ABSTRACT
One thousand three hundred and sixty-one patients with neoplastic disease, registered in the Department of Pathology, Nishtar Medical College Multan, between January 1983 and December 1986, were studied. Breast constituted 15% of the cases studied. Infiltrating ductal carcinoma was the most common histological type [84%]. the median age of patients was 43.3% years, almost a decade lower than that in most european studies
