ABSTRACT
A 21-year-old woman had left iridogoniodysgenesis without any other associated ocular or systemic abnormalities. A thick band of anterior iris stroma extended forward and formed an adhesion with Schwalbe's ring across the anterior chamber angle at 3 o'clock position in the left eye. Each eye had 20/20 [6/6] visual acuity without glasses. There was no distortion of pupil, or any associated glaucoma
