ABSTRACT
A 58-year-old man developed a rounded tumor on his right lower eyelid margin that grew to about 9 mm in diameter within a period of three months. Histopathologic studies of the excised tumor rendered a diagnosis of keratoacanthoma. A basal cell carcinoma had been removed from the patient's temple two years earlier
