ABSTRACT
A good uretero-neo-cystostomy must have an efficace anti-reflux system. The study of 154 personnal cases and the review of the litterature demonstrate the successful results given by Cohen's [88%] and Politano-Leadbetter's [85%] techniques, with or whithout psoas bladder hitch, in management of pathologic uretero-vesical junction
