Les maladies osseuses constitutionnelles a revelation neonatale - a propos d'une serie de 11 observations

ABSTRACT

The constitutional osseous diseases are numerous and varied. The easy done radiological exam is the first element which we habitually dispose after the clinic. It very often permits and alone the diagnosis or at least to reduce considerably the diagnosis possibilities. We report 11 observations of constitutional osseous diseases found in the pediatric service of Mahdia Hospital from January 1982 to December 1985. It is about of one case of thanatophore manism, two case of achondroplasia, 1 case of punctured chondrodysplasia, 1 case of osteopetrosis, 2 cases of Porak and Durante illenesses, 1 case of spondylocostal dysostosis, 1 case of phocomelia and two cases of mucolipidosis type II
